John Torode is a regular guest chef on ITV's This Morning, having just appeared live from Jersey on Friday with a special feature on Jersey Royals. He has recently presented his Torode On The Road cookery segment from Somerset.

He has also just co-presented John and Lisa's Food Trip Down Under, a five-part culinary adventure series for ITV1 sampling the wares of the food and wine producers putting Western Australia on the foodie map.

John is of course best known as co-host and judge of MasterChef and Celebrity MasterChef for BBC One. The 20th series of MasterChef is now airing on BBC One, Tuesday evening at 21:00; continuing at 20:00 on Thursday and 19:30 on Friday.

John was awarded an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours 2022 for outstanding services to food (over 40 years in the industry), broadcasting and charity.

News presenter and journalist Monika Plaha has just presented a Panorama special. With more than six million people in England alone waiting for an operation on the NHS, Monika Plaha investigates the safety record of one of the UK's biggest private healthcare providers. NHS Patients Going Private: What Are The Risks? is available to watch on iPlayer.

Monika is also a reporter for The One Show and has also recently presented 24 Hours In Snapchat, a documentary for BBC Radio 4.

Matt Baker presents a brand new eight-part competitive farming series for Channel 4 – Our Dream Farm with Matt Baker airs Saturday evenings at at 20:00 from 6th April. Matt and his wife Nicola also appear on James Martin's Saturday Morning on Saturday 6th April.

He has presented three series of the hugely successful Matt Baker: Our Farm in the Dales, two series of Travels With Mum & Dad, as well as Matt Baker's Travels in the Country: USA for More4 and Channel 4.

Matt is the former co-host of The One Show, BBC Gymnastics commentator and he continues to co-present Countryfile on Sundays.

He was awarded an MBE in the New Year Honours List 2022 for charitable and voluntary services to fundraising; most notably as a Trustee of BBC Children In Need and his now 12 consecutive years of Rickshaw Challenge rides.

Lindsey Russell is a key presenter for Heart Radio, live on air from 04:00 to 06:30 weekdays, hosting the early morning breakfast show. She is also a stand-in for Amanda Holden, co-hosting Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston.

Lindsey is a regular reporter for BBC One's The One Show, appearing on the programme on Monday 15th April with a special report on skill shortages in the contruction industry. She also presents segments for Morning Live.

Rav Wilding can usually be seen co-hosting and expert presenting for BBC One's Morning Live, hosting features on crime, scams, technology scams, fraud and public safety.

Rav presents two series of Scam Interceptors for BBC One Daytime. Working with ethical hackers, Rav and the team hunt down cyber criminals and scammers, helping to prevent vulnerable people falling victim to them. The series has just been nominated for a BAFTA award for the second year in a row.

Rav also co-hosts Crimewatch Live and is the voice of Frontline Fightback for BBC One, looking at how the police and the public are using smart technology to turn the tables on criminals.

Gloria Hunniford co-presents Rip-Off Britain and also presents consumer features for BBC One's Morning Live.

Gloria is a regular panellist on ITV's Loose Women, next appearing on the programme on Monday 6th May.

Question Time, The Debate and in demand panellist, entrepreneur and former football club owner Simon Jordan co-presents White & Jordan, talkSPORT Radio's top-rating flagship show full of sporting insight and opinion with Jim White, Mondays to Fridays from 10:00. The programme has just been awarded Radio Show Of The Year at the 2023 SJA British Sports Journalism Awards, having also won in 2021.

Simon also has a regular insightful opinion lead column for the Daily Mail.

Ashley John-Baptiste is a Digital Senior Reporter for BBC News, stand-in co-host and reporter for The One Show and has recently co-hosted Sunday Morning Live as well as Morning Live for BBC One.

Ashley co-presents Dr Xand's Con Or Cure, a consumer health show investigating health scams and scares; sifting the facts from the fakes and helping shine a light on bad medicine. A second series has just aired on BBC One.

Auctioneer and antiques expert James Rylands has just appeared on Salvage Hunters: The Restorers on Quest.

Britain's punk princess Toyah Willcox has just appeared on The Weakest Link for BBC One.

Toyah and her husband Robert Fripp's fabulous Toyah & Robert's Sunday Lunch weekly series have amassed 83 million views on Youtube and 48 million on Facebook, continuing to rise daily. The iconic duo recently hit the road backed by Toyah's full band for Toyah & Robert's Rock Party live tour all around the UK.

Amy Irons hosts her own radio show on Heart Scotland, weekdays from 10:00 to 13:00.

Leah Charles-King presents on A Place In The Sun, the Channel 4 show that helps house hunters find their dream holiday home in sunnier climes. The programme airs with brand new episodes weekday afternoons at 16:00 on Channel 4.

Chris Rogers and Free Start Media won a BAFTA for their FYI Ukraine Invasion Special at the BAFTA Children & Young Person Awards 2022.

Chris Hollins produces and co-presents a second series of Golf's Greatest Holes, this time set in Portugal; following keen golfer Chris and former Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley as they travel around the country playing their favourite golf courses. The series is now available on Sky Sports.
